promotoras y gestoras de vivienda social de alquiler de Catalu\u00f1a, a la que pertenece la Fundaci\u00f3n Vivienda Social, present\u00f3 el informe Retos y Limitaciones de la Promoci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n de la Vivienda de alquiler social en Catalu\u00f1a.<\/p><p>El informe constata que s\u00f3lo con una intervenci\u00f3n p\u00fablica decidida se podr\u00e1 contrarrestar el d\u00e9ficit cr\u00f3nico de la vivienda muy social y conseguir un incremento significativo del parque de viviendas de alquiler social y social asequible, que son las viviendas que hoy necesita pr\u00e1cticamente el 50 % de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Las Fundaciones de COHABITAC podr\u00edamos llegar a construir mil viviendas anualmente, si hubiera las condiciones para ello.<\/p><p>Nos reunimos con nuestra
