avanzando el proyecto <strong>\u201cIntervenci\u00f3n en las viviendas de alquiler social para la mejora de la salud y el confort de las personas inquilinos\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp; premiado por Leroy Merlin, dotado con ayuda econ\u00f3mica de 100.000 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Los objetivos del proyecto son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aumentar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de las viviendas<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosticar su rendimiento energ\u00e9tico<\/li>\n<li>Sensibilizar y capacitar a las personas residentes sobre h\u00e1bitos de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y econ\u00f3mica y de salud en la gesti\u00f3n de los suministros b\u00e1sicos.<\/li>\n<li>Instruir la gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica eficiente de las viviendas a trav\u00e9s del establecimiento de procesos y herramientas de monitorizaci\u00f3n que integren la participaci\u00f3n de las personas residentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En estos momentos, <strong>15 de las 26 viviendas ya disponen de la instalaci\u00f3n de calefacci\u00f3n<\/strong> y est\u00e1 previsto&nbsp; que todas las instalaciones se hayan realizado a finales de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Open Sans; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n a punto de llegar a la Fundaci\u00f3n los sensores de temperatura, humedad y di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO2) que ser\u00e1n instalados en las 26 viviendas para realizar un seguimiento de las condiciones de habitabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Estos sensores se unen a los 20 que la Fundaci\u00f3n tiene instalados en otras viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>La instalaci\u00f3n de estos sensores permitir\u00e1 la monitorizaci\u00f3n de los datos de consumo energ\u00e9tico y calidad ambiental, y facilitar\u00e1 la toma de decisiones en las actuaciones de mejora y mantenimiento de las
