Esta situaci\u00f3n es especialmente grave en el caso de las rentas m\u00e1s bajas, que llegan a destinar entre un 50 % y un 60 % de sus ingresos al pago del alquiler.<\/p><p>La vivienda de alquiler social es aquella que da respuesta a todas las personas y familias que no tienen acceso al mercado de alquiler a causa de su situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica.
